WUFO Host Partnership & Revenue Distribution
The Host is an economic partner. Local rights and global competition rights are allocated separately.
The permanent Championship Cup does not divide every dollar by one universal percentage. It assigns each commercial right to its lawful holder, with shared or overlapping inventory defined before sale.

TICKETING
| Right or activity | Host / Local Organising Committee | WUFO |
|---|---|---|
| Ticketing | 100% of gate revenue; ordinary unsold-inventory risk. | 0% of gate revenue. From 2038, 60 institutional tickets per match are inventory, not a revenue share. |
| Local sponsorship | Authorised Host City or Host Cluster sponsorship revenue stays local, unless voluntarily agreed otherwise. | No automatic percentage or general central levy on Host local sponsorship. |
| Local economy | Tourism and cultural partners, Fan Zones, food and beverage, concessions, local commerce and allocated hospitality, subject to the Host Agreement. | Does not automatically capture those local rights. |
| Worldwide media | Produces or arranges the technical match signal to WUFO standards and delivers it; destination promotion may be agreed. | Controls the World Feed and worldwide audiovisual exploitation, subject to the universal free-access rules. |
| Global commercial inventory | Does not sell rights reserved globally to WUFO. | Worldwide competition sponsorship, field-of-play and global broadcast advertising, worldwide licensing and official competition marks. |
The Host Agreement and commercial inventory matrix identify the exact local, global and shared rights, costs and responsibilities. Neither side may sell the other’s rights.
